Its location around 10-15 minutes walk from Central Sda Church was particularly good and beautiful. There was a PRETTY GOOD restaurant within easy walking distance of the hotel.

The staff was exceptional, from Jonathan to Paul, Patrick, Frank, Happy, Kennedy. The room was spacious, with a comfy bed and plenty of storage. The in-house restaurants served delicious Indian food, and the fruit bowl in the room was a pleasant surprise. Had a great stay, would definitely return.

The hotel had spacious facilities and a well-equipped gym, perfect for my business trip. The staff provided friendly customer care and the morning breakfast had a good variety to suit different cultural backgrounds. Additionally, the outdoor area was very nice and a great place to relax.
The hotel fell short in certain areas. The Wi-Fi was unstable and unreliable, which could be problematic for sensitive online meetings.

The location of the hotel is simply breathtaking. The outdoor restaurant, with its view of the Zambezi river and the beautiful garden, creates an exotic ambiance that adds to the dining experience. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, allowing guests to enjoy peace and tranquility during their stay.
Although the staff are friendly and helpful, there were some minor cleanliness issues in the room and delays during check-in and check-out.
